Wikileaks

Ever since WikiLeaks released more than a quarter-million sensitive diplomatic documents, controversy has arose on how safe the U.S. security cybernet is. Homeland Security has already shut down more then 75 internet domain sites in a effort to keep hackers away from important files. Homeland Security also labors to build protections for all of the other, potentially more vulnerable U.S. agencies. Some of considered wikileaks to be the internet 9/11. Do think this is true? Do you think this will endanger the United States and its security?

I believe the event is definitely a threat our security considering WikiLeaks exposed inappropriate comments of world leaders from Diplomats and gave access to information the U.S. does not want people looking at. I don't think it is a internet 9/11. It's a major problem but not quite on the scale of a 9/11 event event if it's just on the internet. It's a problem and I believe homeland security can fix before too much information gets spread.
